Product Structure
1.Insulation Layer: Proprietary formulation and blending technology ensure high-quality pre-molded EPDM insulating rubber.
2.Outer Semi-Conductive Layer: Pre-molded EPDM conductive rubber complies with IEEE 592 standard.
3.Arrester Core: Composed of zinc oxide (ZnO) varistor discs processed with special techniques.
4.Copper Bottom Cover: Tightly bonded with the arrester's outer conductive layer to provide effective waterproofing and serve as a grounding point for the arrester.
5.Grounding Wire: Integrated grounding wire at the arrester's lower end effectively conducts lightning surge voltage to the grounding position.
6.Inner Semi-Conductive Layer: Pre-molded EPDM conductive rubber effectively controls electrical stress.
7.Double-Ended Bolt: Tin-plated copper bolt ensures tight connection between conductor and sleeve.
8.Insulator End Cap: Provides insulating and sealing functions for the product.
